The Leading Edge (hereafter TLE)  is a mid-market private equity firm focused on acquisitions of growth companies and technologies in a variety of industries. TLE for businesses with $50 to $300+ million in sales and EBITDA of at least $10 million. Prospective companies should have sustainable competitive advantages including differentiated products/services and meaningful barriers to entry. Sectors of interest include outsourcing/business services, niche manufacturing, transportation/logistics, unique distribution, tech-related companies, energy services, and consumer products/services. The predecessor to TLE was originally established in 1996. The Firm is a Belize based company.
